Season Race Pass holders, we hope that you are safe and continue to be well as we all navigate the COVID-19 global pandemic.
There is some exciting news to share with you! It’s important that you read this letter carefully and in its entirety.
For the private, non-spectator car club event weekends at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, the Morrow County Health Department has APPROVED our request to allow access on a limited basis to Mid-Ohio Season Race Pass holders only under specific COVID-19 health and safety protocols. (Guests will not be permitted at this time to adhere to limited capacity guidelines.) We extend a very special thank you to Morrow County Health Commissioner Stephanie Bragg and her team for granting this permission.
The car club schedule that this Mid-Ohio Season Race Pass holders’ access applies to can be found at midohio.com/info/calendar. Check this link often for updates as the schedule may need adjusted due to the dynamic circumstances surrounding this global pandemic.
The requirements for access will be as follows with no exceptions:
- A health assessment screening sheet and liability waiver release will need to be completed and submitted at Gate 3 (See attachment and print prior to your arrival for quicker entry.).
- Temperature check will be required at Gate 3.
- A mask must be worn at all times while on the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course property.
- Social distancing must occur.
- Visit midohio.com/covid19 for a complete list of facility protocols.
It was great to have most of you back for the Vintage Grand Prix of Mid-Ohio last month. If you haven’t received your Mid-Ohio Season Race Pass yet, these will be available for pick up at Gate 3 Security Building. The purchaser on file must present a photo ID to secure the pass.
